The Active Jac is one of the most loved Carhartt staples ever made, and this flame-resistant Active Jac rebuilds it for the most hazardous work conditions out there. It's made from heavyweight cotton FR duck that's insulated for extra warmth, with a quilt-lined hood and four total pockets inside and out.


  • 13-ounce, 100% cotton FR duck
  • 11.5-ounce FR quilted twill lining; 100% FR modacrylic resin insulation for warmth
  • Meets the performance requirements of NFPA 70E
  • UL® classified to NFPA 2112
  • Loose fit Quilt-lined hood with adjustable FR drawcord
  • Brass front zipper with FR zipper tape; Inner and outer hook-and-loop storm flaps for electric-arc protection
  • FR rib-knit cuffs and waistband help keep out the cold
  • Carhartt FR label sewn on front pocket; NFPA 2112 and CAT 4 label sewn on zipper flap
  • Two lower-front pockets Two inner patch pockets with FR hook-and-loop closures
